The Frozen North consists of husband and wife team, Alice and Tom. Alice has been making ice cream at home for her family for over 25 years but, after tasting some delicious milk from a local Jersey farm, decided to turn her hobby into a business.

Our ethos

We buy our milk and cream direct from local farmers and blend it with naturally-derived ingredients to produce a high quality product that is rich and satisfying and tastes delicious. We make our products in small batches and believe that quality is more important than quantity.

Our products

We make a range of different core flavours including, Jersey Milk, Vanilla, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, Chocolate, and Mint Choc Chip. Seasonal specials will also be available. We also sell a non-dairy Strawberry Sorbet which is light and refreshing.
